For ValuePro to make the most relevant program, we first understand your current position as part of our customisation and business understanding process . To define the deliverables from a training solution, we then need to understand what you want your people to do differently and why?

Step 2. Solutioning & customisation
Delivering complex implementation projects and the ability to measure successful outcomes is our business. We know and understand that different clients have different needs in terms of design, development, sector and organisation specific content including delivery options. These needs often depend on the customisation level required, the number of people to be trained and the necessary speed of implementation.

Step 3. Skill development
As behaviour change experts, we build skills through face to face or virtual trainings specific to your organisation and sector to adopt new behaviours until these behaviours become habitual. We adopt learning methods and tools which have been researched, tried and tested over years and have produced quantitative results.

Step 4. Workplace transfer & Implementation
Our clients invest in performance improvement, as they experience change after our trainings. In acknowledgement of this, we create implementation plans with each participant /organisation so that they are focused on doing things differently and doing different things as soon as they return to work. The ‘do’ stage, is supported by tools, refreshers, videos and ‘how to’ guides and managers coaching.

Our e-learning and digital platform capability, in association with Learning Solutions Group at Huthwaite International also create learning inputs using audio and infographics, produced in-house, these can be created rapidly and deployed instantly using a range of our own or client specific distribution mechanisms. We target our digital developments towards achieving learning programmes that are efficient and agile, and match the digital standards of our clients.
